Check in – You are welcome anytime after 3pm on the booked date of arrival. Ideally we prefer check in before 7pm but if you are delayed or going to be late, just call us and speak to Richard, who will ensure that we get you safely checked in when you do arrive.
Please make your way to the Brewery on-site, and you will be led to your tipi.

Check-Out is 10am. Please make sure you allocate enough time to meet the time, as we have to make sure we have enough time to turn-over the room and clean for the next guest.

Each tipi has a small & portable solar generator which will power small electronics such as laptops & cellphones, so you’re still connected to the outside world :)

We provide clean & comfortable shared facilities located nearby to your tipi. We have ladies & mens toilets, as well as indoor & outdoor showers, depending on your mood.

Torches are a must. We provide bedding & pillows, but if you have a favourite blanket or pillow, please feel free to bring your own. Bug spray can be helpful. Any food or supplies you may want to have for snacks, as you will have your own cold box inside your tipi. Wellies are also helpful!

We do provide Wi-Fi. It may not be strong enough for you to do gaming or large streaming, but it’s plenty to stay in contact with your loved ones & emails/socials.

We offer 100% refunds up until 3 days prior to your arrival.

Yes. We allow your furry family members. We do charge an extra £10 per dog, and allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.(no aggression or excessive barking, please)
Also, please make sure your dogs are on-leash if near other guests and other dogs on the site.

We recommend 2 adults and 1 child leave enough room to be comfortable. We provide 1 full-size bed, and a cot for a child. If you have 2 children, please let us know in advance to prepare your tipi and bedding. There will be an extra £20 pound charge for another cot.

We provide each tipi with their own cool-box for your food items that need to be chilled. We also have a shared fridge in the Shepherd Hut Kitchen.

There are 2 outdoor locations to eat, one of which is covered from the elements. If you’d like us to provide your own benches & seats, please let us know in advance to arrange this for you.

Absolutely. We are family friendly. Our price is for 3 individuals, but for an extra £20, we will provide another cot and bedding for a second child.

Yes! So you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, we have provided a Shepherds hut on-site. Kettles, Microwave, cutlery and stove tops, you should have everything you need to cook up your favourite meal on your holiday.
We also provide grills if you’d prefer.
